Harbour Arch Quay, Sutton Harbour, Plymouth

A new 9 storey waterside apartment development within Plymouth's historic Sutton Harbour, consisting of 14 two and three bed apartments and penthouses, and a ground floor commercial unit.
The scheme was developed by Bob whilst a Director with ADG, from initial sketch options and detailed planning through to the tender stage. Unfortunately, Bob relocated from Plymouth before the project reached its onsite construction stages, however, was ably completed by Bob's former colleague and Director of ADG - Patrick Deigan.
The project was completed in 2023.

Harbour Arch Quay offers luxury waterfront accommodation across eight floors with floor to ceiling windows providing panoramic views across the marina and out towards Plymouth Sound. Generously designed open-plan living spaces and large, private terraces are perfect for easy, relaxed entertaining, and feature high specification interiors and first class finishes for the ultimate in contemporary waterside living.
On the ground floor, there is space for a new restaurant or commercial business, and outside there will be improved public realm to enhance the harbourside setting.
Perfectly positioned between the bustling city centre and the sea, Sutton Harbour and the adjacent Barbican quarter form the historic centrepiece of the city and enjoy a strong heritage of maritime adventure.
Cobbled streets line the harbourside and are awash with maritime history and more than 200 listed buildings, from the Mayflower Steps at the entrance to Sutton Harbour from which the Pilgrim Fathers set sail for the New World in 1620 to the world-famous Plymouth Gin Distillery, housed in a former monastery dating back to the 15th century.
